Cascading chiffon ruffles run down each side of the skirt, so it has movement and a little drama when you walk. Covered up and elegant, the kind of thing that works for a wedding or an evening out.
Material 95% polyester. Soft with a fluid drape, and a lighter chiffon on the sleeves and ruffles.
