We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Global Shipping
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we'll get your order to you. Delivery timeframes and any applicable customs information vary by destination — please see below for full details.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) on a weekday are typically processed the same or next business day. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum spend required. The applicable shipping rate will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking information typically becomes active within 2–3 business days of dispatch. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@ariasfavourite.com.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as "Pre-Order" require additional processing time before shipment. The estimated dispatch date will be clearly noted on the product page. Once shipped, standard delivery timeframes apply.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
Address Changes
Address changes may be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us immediately at hello@ariasfavourite.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we are unable to issue a full refund. A reshipment may be arranged for a fee of 15% of the original order total.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Aria's Favourite is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before placing your order. Unclaimed or refused packages due to unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for a refund.
